Pernottamento minimo 3 notti; in alta stagione soggiorno minimo una settimana

Caparra 30% al momento della prenotazione che sarà seguita da nostra conferma tramite fax o e-mail, saldo da pagare al check-in; cauzione € 150,00 da versare al check-in, che sarà restituita al check-out.

Check In: L'orario del check in è tra le 16.00 e le 20.00. In caso di problemi comunicatelo e vi riserveremo comunque la prenotazione.

Check Out: L'orario per il check out è entro le 10.00

Cancellations: Cancellations for whatever reason shall be subject to the following cancellation charges:
(a) cancellation between the 30th and the 23rd day before the start – thirty percent of the total amount;
(b) cancellation between the 22nd and 7th day before the start – ninety percent of the total amount;
(c) cancellation within 6 days before the start or no show – one hundred percent of the total amount. (If you do not arrive by 8 p.m. on the start day and you have not informed us of a change in plans, we shall consider this a no show.)
Note: If the balance of the cost of the reservation is not paid by 30 days prior to the start date this non-payment shall be considered a cancellation under (a) above.
