We can arrange for our cook to prepare meals on request, subject to availability, for an additional charge.

For the health and the respect of the other guests please don't smoke.

Animals are not permitted in the apartments.

Minimum Stay 3 nights - in High Season the minimum stay is weekly,

Deposit 30%, balance payable 30 days in advance of start date.

Security deposit 150.00 at check in, to be returned at check out less costs, if any, for heat, Internet, laundry, wood, damages.

Check In: Check In time is between 4pm and 8pm In case of problems or changes in plans, please let us know so as to keep the reservation valid.

Check Out: Check Out time is 10am.

Cancellations: Cancellations for whatever reason shall be subject to the following cancellation charges:
(a) cancellation between the 30th and the 23rd day before the start – thirty percent of the total amount;
(b) cancellation between the 22nd and 7th day before the start – ninety percent of the total amount;
(c) cancellation within 6 days before the start or no show – one hundred percent of the total amount. (If you do not arrive by 8 p.m. on the start day and you have not informed us of a change in plans, we shall consider this a no show.)
Note: If the balance of the cost of the reservation is not paid by 30 days prior to the start date this non-payment shall be considered a cancellation under (a) above.
